This property showcased a large array of Streaky's abilities to create amazing spaces within a tight template and within two completely different eras.

Our team converted the two-storey Victorian terrace from an overgrowth, uncared for home, into a larger, more flexible property with an amazing feel and style. Set in the highly sought Richmond Hill only 2.8km from the CBD, the house design captured city glimpses to the rear, created several different living options plus restored the amazing existing part of the property to it's former glory. With the up beat lifestyle the area requires, our design was focused on creating an environment with minimal maintenance and maximum enjoyment.
