| clint ebeyer Since departing my Business Degree in Property at RMIT in 1999, I've been deeply intrenched in the property industry ever since. Having worked as an Estate Agent for many years, through to owning and developing my own properties, my diverse range of experience has taught me a lot. During this time I've gathered an exceptional knowledge of property design covering all aspects from sizing and scale, through to enhancing saleability. What buyers look for, through to what creates a WOW factor in a home. My design principles are based around the concept of less is more. Most of my designs are of a contemporary feel, whilst endeavouring to create timeless design. Every design so far I've worked to ensure I create some form of highlight or focal point to every room. Be it something as detailed as a wine cellar through to a simple feature pendant light. After many years solely designing and honing my skills on my own projects, I decided to begin creating and developing designs for clients after many requests. With a mountain of design books and ideas, from both home and abroad, I look forward to building this side of my business. Knowing the excessive costs charged by most architects, I have positioned our design business to ensure the client is getting a world class design, for an entry level cost. |
